They are particularly effective in applications subject to heavy water contamination, such as back-up roll bearings in metal rolling mills. Specifically formulated to meet the demanding requirements of rolling mill bearings, these oils adhere to the Morgan "super demulsibility" advanced lubricant specification. The Mobil Vacuoline 100 Series oils are crafted from premium base stocks and additives, delivering outstanding water separation capabilities, robust resistance to thermal degradation and oxidation, and comprehensive protection against rust and corrosion. Solid contaminants can be readily separated, facilitating easy cleaning via centrifuge, filtration, or settling. The Mobil Vacuoline 100 Series exhibits a high viscosity index and maintains good demulsibility even under severe water contamination conditions, making them suitable for both single and dual tank circulation systems. The 208L drum packaging ensures ample supply for industrial applications.
