The Mobil Vacuoline 525 is a high-performance, heavy-duty circulating oil formulated for a wide range of industrial equipment. Its robust performance also makes it an excellent choice for general circulation systems lubricating gears and bearings. This formulation provides excellent resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation, ensuring long oil charge life and minimizing unscheduled production interruptions. Its outstanding antiwear performance effectively protects critical bearings and gears, contributing to fewer stoppages and reduced maintenance costs. A key feature of this circulating oil is its excellent demulsibility, which allows water and other contaminants to separate readily from the oil in the system reservoir. This characteristic promotes smooth, efficient operation, reduces downtime, and maintains undiminished wear protection. The Mobil Vacuoline 500 Series is available in six viscosity grades to suit various industrial applications.
