The Tomei VALC Camshaft Procam is an exhaust camshaft engineered specifically for the Nissan GTR R34 BNR34 RB26DETT engine. This camshaft boasts a 282-degree duration and 10.80mm of cam lift, with a valve lift of 10.42mm and a lobe center line of 115.0 degrees. It allows valves to open faster and for a longer duration, increasing the area under the 'lift curve' to generate more power. Conversely, the VALC profile ensures valves close at a slower rate, which helps to prevent common valve train issues. The design also carefully manages lobe travel on the valve lifter surface to reduce stress and wear on the valve train components, allowing for higher lift without damaging the lifter. It requires the use of Tomei Valve Springs (TM-TA304A-NS05A) and Tomei Cam Gears for both intake and exhaust sides. This product is intended for OFF ROAD use only and may not be legal for street use.
