The Sonnax Zip Kit 6F50-ZIP is a comprehensive valve body repair kit engineered to resolve common issues within Ford 6F50 and 6F55 transmissions produced from 2007 onwards. This kit directly targets the root causes of pressure loss in critical circuits, including the main line, clutch apply control, solenoid feed, and lockup control. It also effectively addresses common problems related to end plug leakage and checkball sealing across multiple circuits. This facilitates a quick and efficient repair process. Accompanying the kit is a straightforward quick guide for rapid repair, as well as a detailed technical booklet. This booklet offers comprehensive valve body rebuilding tips, technical information, vacuum testing details, and insights into other essential aspects of valve body service. Key features of the Sonnax Zip Kit include its uniquely designed components that specifically seal critical pressure circuits to resolve valve body issues. The kit contents are extensive, featuring an O-Ringed End Plug Kit, Isolator Valve Kit, seven .250" dia. Checkballs (with one extra), TCC Regulator Valve Kit, AFL/Solenoid Pressure Regulator Valve Kit, a drill bit, and AFL plugs and rivets. This kit is compatible with 6F50 and 6F55 transmissions from 2007 to the present.
