Description

The TransGo SK AWF21 is a SHIFT KIT® Valve Body Repair Kit engineered for Aisin Warner AW6AEL, AF21, AWF21, and TF-81SC transmissions from 2005 onward. It aims to provide clean, quick, and responsive shifts, significantly improving the overall performance and driving experience of affected vehicles. Reports from shops indicate that even transmissions with relatively clean fluid and minimal internal wear can exhibit these shift quality problems, which often persist after standard internal part replacement or valve body swaps without a specialized kit like this. The kit includes (2) drop-in solenoid regulator valve assemblies, a drop-in TCC/lock-up boost valve assembly, and parts for renewing pressure control solenoids. Fitment includes specific Ford, Mazda, Lincoln, and Mercury models from 2005-2006, including the Ford Fusion, Ford 500, Mazda 6, Lincoln Zephyr, Mercury Milan, and Mercury Montego.
