Valve Body Repair Kit

The TransGo SK U760E SHIFT KIT® Valve Body Repair Kit is engineered to resolve common driveability complaints in 2006-2019 Toyota and Lexus vehicles equipped with the U760E and U760F 6-speed automatic transmissions. Common issues addressed by this kit include shuttle shifts or flares during the 2-3 shift, slips when accelerating in 3rd or 4th gear, and TCC (Torque Converter Clutch) performance codes. The kit specifically targets two primary areas of wear. First, worn TCC boost valves and bushings prevent the vehicle's computer from accurately controlling the lock-up clutch apply and release. Second, a worn solenoid modulator valve bore affects the transmission's ability to regulate pressure to the solenoids, which is crucial for proper shift quality and main line pressure output. Issues in these areas can lead to various shift quality complaints and error codes. Features and benefits of the SK U760E include USA-made, hardened steel components designed for durability and restoration of hydraulic circuit integrity. The kit includes a new TCC boost valve and bushing, a redesigned solenoid modulator valve system that doesn't require special tooling, and a hardened steel B2 control valve. These components work together to restore proper function to worn areas of the valve body, utilizing existing bores where applicable. Included in the kit are: a USA-made hardened steel TCC boost valve and bushing, a USA-made hardened B2 control valve and spring, a USA-made hardened steel solenoid modulator valve, bushing, spring, and end plug, and a 0.055” drill bit.
