Valve Body Repair Kit

The Sonnax Zip Kit® 6R80L-6R100-ZIP is designed to address the root causes of common complaints in Ford 6R80 and 6R100 transmissions by sealing critical circuit pressure losses. It specifically targets losses within the main line, solenoid regulator, reverse, clutch control, and solenoid apply circuits. This kit is engineered for 2015-later Ford 6R80 and all 6R100 valve bodies. It features "Drop-in Zip Valve" parts that install quickly and easily, with no reaming or special tools required. The kit includes components such as a testing spring and end plug, clutch A control boost valve kit, accumulator pistons and springs, an o-ringed end plug kit, a pressure regulator sleeve, and solenoid o-rings. A detailed technical booklet is included, offering in-depth rebuild and inspection tips for comprehensive valve body repair. This booklet also contains vacuum testing procedures and additional repair options for higher mileage units or specific complaints that may be beyond the scope of the Zip Kit itself. It is important to note that this Zip Kit is designed specifically for 6R80 transmissions from 2015 and later. It will not fit 6R80 2014-earlier units. Additionally, it does not fit 2nd, 3rd, or 4th design 6R80 or 6R100 transmissions.
