Valve Body Repair Kit GEN1 6F35

The TransGo SK 6F35-A is a valve body repair kit specifically engineered for GEN1 6F35 automatic transmissions found in 2009 through mid-2013 Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, and Mazda vehicles. This kit is designed to resolve prevalent issues including 2-3 cut-loose shifts, complete loss of reverse gear, TCC (Torque Converter Clutch) slip, and a range of gear ratio and solenoid performance error codes (P0729, P0731-P0735, P0741, P1744). The common source of these shift complaints is often wear in the solenoid pressure regulator valve bore. This kit includes a new, drop-in solenoid pressure regulator valve system, featuring a two-piece design that reduces sticking and prevents future bore wear. It also incorporates an oversized hardened steel solenoid regulator valve to ensure proper system function. Additionally, a drop-in hardened steel TCC regulator valve with a scarf cut sealing ring is provided to restore valve function in worn bores without requiring reaming. An improved valve body separator plate and gaskets are also included to enhance durability. Notably, this kit does not fit GEN2 units.
