The TransGo RE4F04A-HD2 is a valve body reprogramming kit designed for automatic transmissions.

It features a trick valve that provides firmer 4th gear shifts and improved lockup.

The reprogramming kit corrects and prevents issues such as falling out of gear at a stop, no 3rd gear after a 3-2 or 4-2 kickdown, leaky direct clutch inner seals, soft 1-2 shifts, and long 2-3 shifts at heavy throttle. It also includes an upgraded direct (3rd) clutch seal and high-temperature, low-shrink sealing rings.

The TransGo RE4F04A-HD2 Reprogramming Kit is a performance enhancement for automatic transmissions, specifically designed to address common issues and improve shifting characteristics for demanding applications.
