Overview

The 034Motorsport Valve Cover Breather Adapter is a direct replacement for the factory oil separator and PCV assembly. It features CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum construction with a black anodized finish and -10 AN connections for a catch can. This adapter connects to the factory breather tube going to the turbo inlet, eliminating a boost leak source and preventing oil from entering the intake manifold. It replaces OEM part number 06H 103 495E.

The 034Motorsport Stage 2 Billet Valve Cover Breather Assembly is engineered to replace the failure-prone factory oil separator and PCV system in the Volkswagen Mk7/MK7.5 Golf GTI/R and 8V/8V.5 Audi A3/S3. It provides a -10 AN connection, allowing integration with a catch can for enhanced oil and vapor management. This assembly is designed to be paired with the 034Motorsport MQB Catch Can Kit to create a Stage 2 catch can setup. Utilizing a built-in baffle plate, this breather assembly effectively prevents oil from surging into the cylinder head and intake manifold, thereby avoiding potential engine oil starvation. It captures unwanted oil and water vapors, ensuring that the intercooler, charge pipes, and turbo inlet remain free from oil residue. This helps maintain clean airflow through the inlet manifold and prevents oil buildup in critical components. Constructed from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the Stage 2 Billet Valve Cover Breather Assembly features a durable anodized black finish for long-lasting protection and aesthetic appeal. Key features include its robust construction, the integrated baffle plate for oil control, and its ability to eliminate the excessive oil vapor release that can occur with the stock PCV system under track conditions. The kit includes the Valve Cover PCV Breather Plate Assembly and installation hardware.
