Description

The Flyin' Miata valve cover gasket is designed as a direct replacement for the non-VVT 1.8 engine found in various Mazda models. It is specifically engineered to fit all 1994-2000 Mazda cars and the 2004-2005 Mazdaspeed (MSM) variants. This gasket serves as an equivalent to the Mazda part number BP05-10-235C. It is recommended to always replace the valve cover gasket during a timing belt service, as this is an opportune time to access the component. Additionally, this gasket should be replaced if any signs of oil leakage into the spark plug wells are observed, which can indicate a failure of the existing gasket. The valve cover gasket is also included in Flyin' Miata's comprehensive timing belt and engine rebuild kits.
