The Chevrolet Performance 12595365 is a lifter guide, also known as a lifter tray, designed for Gen III/IV LS & Gen V LT engines from 2007 and newer. It secures the lifters, preventing rotation and ensuring proper alignment with the camshaft. Replacing these wear items during lifter service is recommended to prevent damage to your engine.
