The Supertech Performance Single Valve Spring and Titanium Retainer Kit is engineered to upgrade the valvetrain of Honda D Series D15 and D16 SOHC VTEC engines. This comprehensive kit provides a complete set of 16 single valve springs and 16 titanium retainers, ensuring a full valvetrain overhaul for compatible engines. Constructed from premium Super Clean Chrome Silicon Vanadium Steel alloy, these valve springs are built for high performance and extended durability, particularly under the stress of high RPM operation. Computer-aided design ensures that wire stress remains within fatigue limits and that harmonics are well-controlled. The included titanium retainers are manufactured from military-certified titanium alloy and CNC machined for a precise fit, contributing to long-term reliability. Key specifications for the springs include a 22.70mm outer diameter, 15.20mm inner diameter, and 60 lbs of seat pressure at 49.50mm. They offer a maximum net lift of 14.90mm, a coil bind dimension of 34.60mm, and a rate of 8.50 lbs/mm. This kit is compatible with Honda D15B, D16Z6, D16Y7, D16Y8, and D17A SOHC VTEC engines.
