The IE Valve Spring & Retainer Kit is an ultimate performance upgrade for VW and Audi 2.0T FSI and TSI engines, engineered to provide superior valve control. This kit features precision-wound valve springs with nan-peened surfaces for enhanced durability and in-house CNC-machined titanium retainers, ensuring precise fitment and long lifespan. This kit is essential for drivers who have upgraded their engine with components like larger turbochargers, tuned intake manifolds, or high-output software tunes. Without upgraded valve springs, these modifications can lead to a restricted power band or severe engine damage. The IE kit allows for a safe increase in your engine's rev limit and power band, ensuring reliable performance under demanding conditions. Included in the kit are 16 precision-wound intake/exhaust valve springs and 16 exact-tolerance titanium retainers. The valve springs utilize a patented multi-stage shot peening process to further reduce failure rates. The retainers are machined with an excellent surface finish and tight tolerance control for extended reliability. These components have been torture-tested in-house for high-power reliability.
