The IE Valve Spring & Retainer Kit is a performance upgrade designed for Audi 4.0TT EA824 engines. It provides proper valve control to prevent valve float in high-power and high-revving applications. This kit is engineered with optimized spring rates and includes precision-wound springs and CNC-machined titanium retainers.

The IE Performance Valve Spring & Titanium Retainer kit is engineered with optimized spring rates specifically for your Audi 4.0TT EA824 engine, found in the C7/C7.5 S6, S7, RS7, and D4 S8 models. The accompanying titanium retainers are precision-machined in-house with exacting tolerances for extended lifespan. Included in the kit are 32 precision-wound intake/exhaust valve springs and 32 exact tolerance titanium retainers (16 intake, 16 exhaust). The specifications include a seat pressure of 90lbs, an open pressure of 220lbs, and a spring tension rate of 275lbs. This kit is compatible with the following Audi models: C7/C7.5 S6 & S7 (2012-2018), C7/C7.5 RS7 (2014-2018), and D4 S8 (2013-2018). Fitment should always be verified using the provided tools before purchase.
