Valve Spring Upgrade Kit

The Manton D-105-KIT-24v Pressure Tower Valve Spring Kit provides a comprehensive upgrade for your 1998.5-2018 5.9L and 6.7L 24V Cummins engine. Engineered for demanding applications, this kit is optimized to handle up to 75 PSI of boost and is ideal for engines running upgraded performance camshafts. The conical spring design offers improved high-RPM stability and reduced wire stress compared to traditional straight springs, resisting coil clash and allowing for higher lift within the same installed height. The included billet steel retainers boast a high strength-to-weight ratio, ensuring robust performance without added mass. Fitment for the 2003-2018 5.9L and 6.7L 24V Cummins is a direct, bolt-on installation. However, owners of 1998.5-2002 models must verify their valve spring pocket dimensions, as some earlier engines may have pockets too tight for the conical springs without modification. Manton offers a separate valve spring pocket cutter tool for these applications. Additionally, this product cannot ship to California or Colorado addresses. The kit includes 24 Manton Pressure Tower conical valve springs, 24 Ultra Light billet steel retainers, and 48 valve locks. While heat-treated spring shims for adjusting seat pressure and the valve spring pocket cutter (for 1998.5-2002 models) are available separately, the core components for a complete valve spring conversion are provided. Please confirm your camshaft's maximum lift does not exceed .420" at 1.340" installed height and your boost levels are at or below 75 PSI before ordering.
