Overview

The IRL catback exhaust is a valved exhaust system constructed with stainless steel for the G8X platform.

This system features electronic exhaust valves that allow for complete valve opening, exceeding the 100% opening of factory G8X valves. It includes a valve controller for desired control over the valves. The exhaust is 24lbs lighter than the OEM configuration, fully clamp-on, and 100% reversible.

The IRL BMW V2 G80 G82 G83 Catback Valved Exhaust is a high-performance exhaust system engineered from stainless steel for the G8X platform. To provide users with optimal control, the system includes a valve controller, enabling manual adjustment of valve positions to 100% as desired. Constructed with quality stainless steel, this catback exhaust system weighs 24lbs less than the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) exhaust, contributing to improved vehicle dynamics. The installation is designed to be straightforward, utilizing a fully clamp-on design that requires no welding and is 100% reversible, allowing for a return to stock configuration at any time. The kit includes the catback exhaust system, all necessary clamps and hardware, four IRL Tips, a remote, a remote receiver, and an extended clearance brace for added protection.
