The system is constructed from T304 stainless steel with 2.5" mandrel-bent piping.

The Valvetronic Designs Full Valved Exhaust System is engineered to transform the driving experience for Audi B9 S4 and S5 owners. This system amplifies the natural roar of the EA839 3.0L V6 engine, providing a thrilling and aggressive, motorsport-inspired tone when the valves are open. When closed, the system maintains a refined sound profile, offering versatility for various driving conditions. Constructed from durable T304 stainless steel, this exhaust system features full mandrel-bent 2.5" piping designed for optimal exhaust flow. It includes electronic valve control, allowing instant switching between aggressive and refined sound modes via a key fob remote. The system is also 16.4 lbs lighter than the stock exhaust, contributing to improved performance, and is finished with signature real carbon fiber tips. Installation is designed as a bolt-on for sedan models. However, Coupe models require modifications to shorten the mid-section for proper fitment. The exhaust system is compatible with Audi S4 and S5 models from 2018 to 2024. It includes the valved exhaust system, electronic exhaust valves with a key fob remote, and Valvetronic carbon fiber tips.
