The Valvetronic Designs Full Valved Exhaust System is engineered to significantly enhance the sound and performance of the Audi B9 RS5, liberating the 2.9L twin-turbo V6 from the constraints of the stock exhaust. This comprehensive system is designed as a complete, single-package solution, replacing the need to mix and match components from various manufacturers. It extends from the downpipes all the way to the exhaust tips, offering a true one-stop upgrade. Constructed from durable T304 stainless steel, the system features precision TIG welds and fully mandrel-bent tubing for optimal strength and maximum flow. Electronic valves provide rapid open/close functionality, allowing drivers to instantly switch between a bold, aggressive tone with pronounced overrun on deceleration when the valves are open, and a quiet, comfortable OEM-like sound for everyday driving when the valves are closed. This system offers a weight savings of 16.3 lb compared to the OEM exhaust and includes premium exhaust tips for a refined performance finish. Installation is a direct replacement for the OEM exhaust and is 100% reversible, allowing for a return to stock configuration at any time. For optimal performance gains and improved drivability due to reduced back pressure, an ECU tune is recommended. It is the purchaser's and installer's responsibility to verify compliance with local emissions laws before purchase and installation.
