The Milltek Valvesonic cat-back exhaust system is a high-performance upgrade for select Audi B8 S4 and S5 models. Constructed from 2.37-inch T304 anti-magnetic stainless steel, this system includes dual oval Cerakote black tips and features mandrel-bent piping to optimize exhaust gas flow.

It is manufactured from 2.37-inch T304 anti-magnetic stainless steel, which offers increased resistance to discolouration. The kit includes downpipes, a resonated mid-pipe, dual exit mufflers, and Cerakote black oval tips. This system features the proprietary Valvesonic electronic valved system, which integrates into the vehicle's onboard electronics for seamless, plug-and-play operation. This electronic control system enables drivers to customize their exhaust sound via a software-programmable ECU without the need to cut or modify the original wiring loom. Installation requires professional expertise, as the final setup and configuration must be completed by a Milltek Sport authorized dealer. Please verify fitment using the vehicle selector, as this system is specific to the Audi B8 S4 and S5 3.0T Quattro models. All components are covered under a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser for anti-corrosion and manufacturer defects.
