The intake valves are constructed from enhanced EV8 (21-4N) steel for maximum strength, while the exhaust valves are made from Inconel for extreme heat resistance and durability.

The Supertech Valvetrain Package is engineered as a complete solution for enhancing the performance and reliability of Audi 2.5L DAZA/DNWA 5-cylinder engines. This integrated kit provides all the necessary components for a thorough valvetrain overhaul, ensuring optimal engine operation under demanding conditions. These kits offer a substantial increase in seat and open pressures compared to stock, with specified pressures including I 73 @ 37.40 and E 85 @ 36 for seat pressure, and I 178 @ 10 and E 190 @ 10 for open pressure. The kit supports a maximum net lift of 11mm for exhaust and 12.5mm for intake valves, with a coil bind of 24mm, enabling higher RPM operation. The package also includes ten Supertech stock-size intake valves, manufactured from an enhanced EV8 (21-4N) steel. This high-grade steel offers exceptional strength suitable for virtually any application. Complementing the intake valves are ten Supertech stock-size exhaust valves made from Inconel, a material specifically chosen for its high-temperature strength, excellent oxidation resistance, and precise seat geometry. This construction ensures reliable sealing and long-term durability, especially in turbocharged, supercharged, or endurance racing environments. For users requiring separate components, valve seals for the DAZA/DNWA engine are available. This valvetrain package is a direct fit for the specified Audi 2.5L DAZA and DNWA engines, commonly found in models like the Audi RS3 and TTRS.
