The Stone Exhaust Valvetronic Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered to elevate the performance and auditory experience of your BMW F20 (5-door) 116i, 118i, or 120i (2010-2015) and F21 (3-door) 116i, 118i, or 120i (2011-2015) equipped with the N13 engine. Developed with meticulous 3D scanning and reverse engineering of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) system, Stone Exhaust ensures a 100% OEM fitment for straightforward installation. This system boasts a Valvetronic design, allowing for dynamic control over exhaust flow and sound. The included remote controller provides three modes: ON for maximum exhaust flow and sound, OFF for a quieter, more subdued tone, and AUTO, which intelligently manages the valves based on RPM. The Valvetronic system is plug-and-play, connecting directly to your vehicle's OBDII port for minimal installation time. Stone Exhaust also offers an optional OPF delete, which can be included at no extra charge for OPF-equipped vehicles to prevent error codes without requiring ECU re-coding. Construction utilizes advanced manufacturing techniques, including a 7-axis CNC bending machine for superior pipe accuracy and roundness, minimizing airflow obstruction. Welding is performed using crisscross, overlapping, and direct spot welding methods by mechanical arms to ensure exceptional strength and durability, particularly at high-temperature connection points. The system is dyno-developed in-house to guarantee increased power output and the signature Stone exhaust sound, while also aiming to eliminate the drone often found in standard exhaust systems. This particular model, AP515NS, requires the M135i rear bumper for proper fitment. It comes with a 2-year Stone Exhaust warranty.
