Valvetronic Exhaust System

The Fabspeed Valvetronic Exhaust System is a premium exhaust upgrade designed for the Porsche 997.2 Carrera models produced between 2009 and 2012. Constructed from durable 14-16 gauge CNC mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel, this system replaces both side and center mufflers to provide dynamic sound control through its Valvetronic technology. This exhaust system offers two distinct sound profiles. With the valves closed, it delivers a refined, slightly louder than stock flat-six tone that remains drone-free for comfortable daily driving. When the valves are opened, it produces an aggressive, race-inspired sound reminiscent of a Porsche Cup car, significantly increasing volume. Beyond sound, the Valvetronic Exhaust System provides a noticeable improvement in power throughout the RPM range and offers a weight savings of 11 lbs compared to the factory exhaust. It is designed with a CAD-designed, investment-cast X-Pipe for maximum exhaust flow and maintains 50-state emissions legality by retaining the OEM catalytic converters. For vehicles not equipped with the Porsche Sport Exhaust (PSE), a complete valve controller kit with detailed instructions is included.
