Valvetronic Exhaust System

The Fi EXHAUST valvetronic exhaust system is engineered as a direct bolt-on replacement for the BMW F32/F33 440i LCI, specifically for models equipped with the B58 engine from 2014 to 2020. Constructed from premium T304 stainless steel, this high-performance exhaust system is designed to deliver an exhilarating soundtrack and improve overall vehicle dynamics. This system features valvetronic technology, which precisely controls airflow and sound volume. When the valves are closed, exhaust gases are routed through the muffler for a quiet, comfortable driving experience. Conversely, opening the valves creates an intense and sporty exhaust note. The system is designed to enhance both performance and torque, with an average horsepower increase of 5-10% expected when a full catless system, including the valvetronic catback and ultra-high flow downpipe, is installed. Depending on the specific car model and exhaust setup, valve control between street and race modes can be managed through the factory exhaust/sport button, drive modes, or an optional Fi Pro remote control upgrade.
