The Fi EXHAUST valvetronic exhaust system is a direct replacement, bolt-on upgrade engineered for the 2022 and newer Subaru BRZ (ZD8) and Toyota GR86 (ZN8) equipped with the 2.4L FA24D H4 engine. Crafted from premium T304 stainless steel, this system is designed to significantly enhance your vehicle's performance, torque, and auditory experience. Featuring advanced valvetronic technology, the system allows for precise control over airflow and sound volume. When the valves are closed, exhaust gases are routed through the muffler, providing a refined and comfortable driving experience suitable for daily use. Conversely, when the valves are fully opened, an intense and sporty exhaust note is unleashed, transforming the car's sound profile. This technology aims to resolve the traditional contradiction between achieving high torque at low RPMs and maximizing horsepower at high RPMs, allowing sports cars to excel in both areas. A full catless system, including a valvetronic catback and ultra-high flow downpipe, is reported to increase horsepower by approximately 5-10% on average. The system can integrate with OEM controls, such as the factory sport button or drive modes, or be controlled via the optional Fi Pro remote control upgrade, which includes a mobile app for monitoring valve status and preventing Check Engine Lights (CELs). This exhaust system is available for both OPF (Otto Particulate Filter) and Non-OPF vehicles.
