Valvetronic Exhaust System

The Fi EXHAUST Valvetronic Exhaust System is a premium upgrade engineered to unleash the full potential of the Mercedes-AMG W167 GLE53's advanced M256 turbocharged inline-6 engine, featuring mild-hybrid technology and EQ Boost. Constructed from high-grade T304 stainless steel, this system is designed for a direct bolt-on installation, replacing the factory exhaust components. The Valvetronic technology allows for precise control over airflow, sound volume, and torque. When the valves are closed, exhaust gases are routed through a muffler for a refined and comfortable driving experience. Opening the valves unleashes an intense, sporty exhaust note that complements the AMG's power. Key features include optimized airflow, adjustable sound levels, and an increase in torque. The complete system, when paired with an optional high-flow downpipe, is capable of delivering an approximate 5-10% increase in horsepower. This exhaust system utilizes a Y-pipe configuration for optimal flow and is specifically adapted for the 3.0L Turbo I6 M256 engine found in the W167 AMG GLE 53, model years 2019 to present. This particular configuration, MB-167A53-CBOE, includes the front pipe, Mid Y-Pipe, and Valvetronic muffler, retaining the OEM valve settings and does not include a remote control. Fi EXHAUST also offers optional catless or 200-cell sport cat downpipes for further performance enhancement.
