It features a CNC Machined Billet Cover, High Capacity Washable Air Filter Element, and is available in Chrome, Black, or Black Contrast Finish. This product is exempt from emissions tampering regulations under CARB EO# D-632-9 for 2007-2023 Harley-Davidson Touring models, 2007-2023 Softail models, 2007-2017 Dyna models, and 2007-2022 Sportster models.
