The KW Variant 3 coilover kit represents cutting-edge motorsports technology adapted for street performance. This enhanced stability contributes to shorter braking distances and a greater sense of driver confidence. A key feature of the V3 kit is its patented TVR-A (rebound) and TVC-A (compression) technology, enabling independent adjustment of both damping stages. This allows for a precise tuning of the suspension to match personal driving preferences, specific vehicle changes like weight or tire characteristics, or altered vehicle rigidity. For instance, increasing compression damping can improve grip and cornering behavior without negatively affecting the optimally matched rebound stage, thereby maximizing performance. The extensive adjustment range directly influences steering behavior, directional stability, and overall handling dynamics for predictable results at the limit. This kit offers adjustable lowering, with a range of 1.2" to 2.2" in the front and 1.4" to 2.4" in the rear. The composite spring perches are made from wear-resistant, friction-optimized polyamide with a stainless-steel insert, preventing oxidation and ensuring strength. The Inox-Line Stainless Steel construction provides permanent corrosion resistance, and the elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection system maintain ride quality and durability. Each damper is individually serialized and dyno-tested for accuracy before release. This KW V3 coilover kit is compatible with 2017+ Audi A4 (B9) Sedan Quattro models without electronic damping control (50mm strut diameter), 2018+ Audi S4 (B9) Sedan, and 2018+ Audi A5 (B9) Coupe Quattro models.
