This kit allows for precise tuning with 36 levels of damping adjustment, which simultaneously modifies compression and rebound for effective and user-friendly setup changes. The construction emphasizes durability and performance, featuring lightweight 6061 billet aluminum for many components, ensuring resistance to rust and longevity. The Monotube shock design is crucial for performance, offering faster and more even heat dissipation, finer damping control, and improved consistency by separating oil and gas to prevent aeration and cavitation. Each coilover is meticulously valved to match its specific spring rate, guaranteeing superior ride quality and reliability. Steel shock bodies are electroplated with zinc to provide robust protection against corrosion and environmental elements. Some applications include pillowball top mounts with camber adjustment capabilities, reducing the need for additional aftermarket parts and allowing for separate camber and caster adjustment on advanced models. This kit is designed for a wide range of Audi A3 and Volkswagen models from 2005 to 2016, including the Golf, GTI, Jetta, and Rabbit. It features adjustable lower mounts that allow for ride height adjustment without compromising suspension travel, a common issue with other coilover systems.
