Developed with precision for specific applications, this variator provides an extra sprint in acceleration, consistent shifting, and greater mechanical ease at high speeds. It aims to deliver a level of performance and consistency unmatched by original variators, offering a superior riding experience. This particular Multivar unit is designed for 50cc 4-stroke Chinese scooters with 139QMB and 139QMA engines. It comes with 16x13 mm rollers weighing 07 grams and features a white adjuster spring with specifications including an external diameter of 57.50mm, a wire diameter of 4 mm, and a K-value of 4.2. The hub dimensions are 20x14x38.8 mm. These components are carefully calibrated by Malossi technicians to achieve optimal performance, though customization with a wide range of available rollers is possible to match specific vehicle preparations.
