The Malossi Multivar variator (51 7075) is engineered for scooters, offering a blend of simplicity in application and ease of operation. Each unit is studied in detail and rigorously tested for specific applications to ensure optimal performance. This sophisticated variator aims to provide your scooter with enhanced acceleration, smoother shifting linearity, and greater mechanical reliability, even at high speeds, delivering consistent performance that surpasses the stock version. This product has achieved homologation (Teilegutachten) under §19 (3) of the StVZO, the German traffic code. Malossi has successfully passed stringent tests required by German legislation at Dekra laboratories, confirming the excellent constructive and functional characteristics of the Multivar variator. Tuning components in Germany require homologation to be marketed, and this variator meets those requirements. The Multivar variator is designed to fit a wide range of 50cc 2-stroke scooters. Notable compatible models include various Aprilia, Benelli, Beta, Malaguti, and MBK scooters, as well as Yamaha models like the Aerox and BW's. Specific fitments range from models like the Aprilia SR 50 2T 1994-> to Yamaha BW's 50 2T EURO 2 (A137E), ensuring broad applicability for many popular scooter platforms.
