Description

The Remflex 45-550 is a V-band clamp gasket designed for optimal sealing in turbo and exhaust applications. It is constructed from 100% flexible graphite, allowing it to withstand temperatures up to 3,000 degrees F. The gasket features a 50% crush rating and a 30% rebound rating, which helps to fill gaps in flange surfaces and eliminate the need for re-torquing.

These gaskets are made in the USA and are available in popular sizes ranging from 1-1/2 inches to 6 inches in diameter. The 45-550 model has a nominal size of 5.50 inches with dimensions of 5.53 inches ID x 6.24 inches OD x 0.060 inches thick.
