The BT Moto Velocity Stack Kit is specifically designed for the 2022-2024 Suzuki Hayabusa, offering a significant performance upgrade. While the stock velocity stacks are optimized for immediate torque and daily riding response by slowing airflow, they inherently limit the engine's top-end horsepower. This can result in a substantial loss of power, with the Gen 3 Hayabusa potentially losing up to 30HP as it reaches its peak RPMs. The BT Moto Velocity Stacks address this by shifting the powerband to the right, providing a needed advantage for competitive riding without sacrificing the engine's existing low-end torque, especially when paired with the recommended BT Moto ECU flash. They are plug-and-play, meaning no additional modifications are required for the airbox. The BT Moto team has meticulously studied other market offerings, ensuring their design is neither too tall nor too short, and crucially, that it fits the factory airbox securely and is built to last, unlike some alternatives that have been known to come apart. When used in conjunction with a BT Moto ECU flash, these velocity stacks are estimated to provide a gain of over 20HP at extended higher RPMs, with no loss in low or mid-range power. The recommended ECU flash also includes corrected engine tables and fueling for both banks in various modes, ensuring optimal performance and rideability.
