Velocity Stacks

The EDR Performance CBR600RR Velocity Stack kit is designed to enhance the power and performance of the Honda CBR600RR motorcycle, specifically addressing perceived limitations in the stock intake system from 2007 onwards. These velocity stacks are engineered to boost power throughout the RPM range, with a significant improvement noted in the upper midrange and top end, allowing the engine to continue producing power well past 15,000 RPM where stock models may falter. Developed using SolidWorks simulation and extensively tested on an in-house Dynojet 250i dyno, these stacks were refined over seven designs to achieve a balance of smooth low-end response and strong top-end pull. The kit is constructed from materials that are impervious to chemicals like race fuel and can withstand temperatures exceeding 145°C, unlike some carbon fiber alternatives. Installation is designed to be straightforward, typically taking less than 30 minutes, although professional installation is recommended, and no special tools are required. The kit includes one right velocity stack, one left velocity stack, and a thread lock packet. These products are intended exclusively for closed-course, off-road competition use and are strictly prohibited for any other purpose.
