The Velt Sport Mk5 / Mk6 TSI Cold Air Intake System is engineered to significantly boost airflow to your turbocharged engine, resulting in noticeable gains in horsepower, torque, and throttle response. This 3-inch intake system features durable 6062 aluminum piping and heat-resistant silicone components for longevity. This cold air intake is specifically designed for Gen 1 (EA888.1) and Gen 3 (EA888.3) EA888 engines that are not on the MQB platform, fitting a range of VW Mk5 and Mk6 TSI models. The system is accompanied by an easy-to-follow installation guide and comes with a lifetime warranty for peace of mind. Important fitment notes apply: this intake system does not fit Gen 3 B-Cycle engines. Additionally, an SAI Filter is required for CBFA engines. The product is compatible with numerous Audi and Volkswagen models including the Audi A3 8P (2005-2013) 2.0T TSI (2008.5+), VW Beetle (2012-2019) 2.0T, VW CC (2009-2017) 2.0T, VW Golf/GTI Mk5 (2006-2009) GTI 2.0T TSI (2008.5+), and various Mk6 and Mk6.5 models with 1.8T or 2.0T engines.
