The Maxxair 10-40007K is a replacement rain sensor designed to restore the automatic rain-detection feature on compatible MaxxFan and MaxxFan Plus models. This sensor detects moisture and triggers the vent to close, helping prevent rain from entering your RV. It is specifically intended for automatic-opening models and is not a universal part.
