The Stillen DBA Street Series Gold brake rotor (DBA2996X) is engineered by Disc Brakes Australia (DBA), a leading manufacturer of performance aftermarket brake components. Designed as a direct replacement, this rotor offers an upgrade in braking performance beyond standard OE levels. It is constructed from high-carbon alloyed iron and subjected to Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) to ensure durability and consistent performance under demanding conditions. This specific rotor features a cross-drilled and slotted surface for enhanced heat dissipation and improved stopping power. It is a vented rotor with an outside diameter of 303 mm and a nominal thickness of 32 mm, designed to accommodate 5 lug holes. DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system, which uses a series of pillars, is incorporated to increase surface area and cooling efficiency compared to traditional designs. Compatible applications for the DBA2996X rear rotor include the 1999-2002 Chevrolet Camaro and the 1999-2002 Pontiac Firebird.
