The DBA DBA538X is a direct replacement brake rotor engineered by Disc Brakes Australia (DBA) for drivers seeking enhanced braking performance beyond standard Original Equipment (OE) levels. This Street Series Gold rotor is constructed from high-carbon alloyed iron that has undergone Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) to ensure it can withstand the extreme heat and stress generated during demanding braking situations, time after time. This specific rotor incorporates DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system. The cross-drilled and slotted surface further aids in heat dissipation and debris removal, contributing to consistent stopping power. The rotor's technical specifications include an outside diameter of 255 mm, an overall height of 45 mm, a center hole diameter of 55 mm, and a nominal/discard thickness of 20 mm, with 4 lug holes. The DBA538X is compatible with the 1999-2002 Mazda Miata. A specific fitment note indicates compatibility for the 2001-2002 Mazda Miata with Normal Suspension.
