The Stillen DBA478S brake rotor is a direct replacement designed to offer upgraded performance braking for daily drivers and spirited street use. Manufactured by Disc Brakes Australia (DBA), this rotor is cast from high carbon alloyed iron and treated with Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) to ensure durability and consistent performance under demanding conditions. Featuring DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system, the DBA478S utilizes 144 diamond and teardrop-shaped pillars. The T2 slot profile is precisely CNC machined, offering bi-symmetrical slots that contribute to a quieter operation and a more responsive brake pedal feel. These slots also act as exit points for gases and dust, further enhancing braking performance. The rotor has an outside diameter of 282 mm, a nominal and discard thickness of 23 mm, and an overall height of 47 mm. This DBA478S rotor is compatible with a range of vehicles including the 1998-2001 Acura Integra (specifically Type R models), 1998 Acura RL and TL, 1998-2001 Honda CR-V and Prelude, 1998 Honda Odyssey, and 1998-1999 Isuzu Oasis.
