The Ksport Version DR Drag Race Coilover Kit is specifically engineered to enhance performance on the drag strip, targeting reduced E.T. and 60 ft times. Each kit is custom valved for drag racing, with spring rates meticulously selected to optimize weight transfer during launch and maximize traction. These coilovers offer 36 levels of damping adjustment, allowing precise tuning for optimal performance. The construction includes 6061 aluminum with T6 collars and upper mounts for increased hardness, all-metal pillowball mounts for enhanced strength and responsiveness, and an adjustable lower mount to maximize suspension travel. The monotube high-pressure design ensures superior performance and heat dissipation, while the electroplated body provides added protection against corrosion. The Ksport Version DR kits are designed with vehicle drivetrain in mind, with specific configurations for FWD, RWD, or AWD vehicles. It is important to note that these coilovers are not intended for daily driving use. Many applications, particularly those with McPherson suspension, will include pillowball upper mounts, featuring a patented bearing design to reduce noise during turns and improve steering feel and response. The kit comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects.
