The Ksport Version RR Road Race Coilover System is engineered exclusively for the demands of road racing, prioritizing maximum handling, performance, and immediate driver feedback. This coilover system offers 36 levels of simultaneous compression and rebound damping adjustment, allowing for precise tuning to optimize performance and comfort for various track conditions. Key components, including mounts and many parts, are constructed from 6061 billet aluminum for a lightweight, durable, and rust-resistant build. The steel shock body is electroplated with zinc for enhanced protection against rust and the elements. Ksport utilizes a Monotube design, separating oil and gas to improve heat dissipation, enable finer damping adjustments, and reduce common issues like aeration and cavitation found in twin-tube designs, resulting in a superior ride quality and reliability. Some applications integrate pillow ball upper mounts to help maintain the vehicle's original suspension geometry and provide a more direct feel for improved driver response. Camber adjustment may be available directly through the pillow ball mount on certain applications, potentially eliminating the need for a separate camber kit. Height is adjusted via an adjustable lower mount, which preserves suspension travel unlike some other coilover designs. This product is intended for race use only and is not street legal.
