The system offers 36 levels of damping adjustment, allowing for precise tuning of both compression and rebound simultaneously to optimize your vehicle's performance and comfort on the track. Constructed with durability and weight savings in mind, the mounts and many components are made from 6061 billet aluminum, ensuring they are lightweight, strong, and resistant to rust. The steel shock body is further protected by a zinc electroplating, enhancing its resistance to corrosion and the elements. Ksport utilizes a Monotube design, which separates oil and gas within the cylinder. This design dissipates heat more effectively, allows for finer damping adjustments, and reduces the likelihood of aeration and cavitation, leading to a more consistent and responsive ride compared to twin-tube designs. Features include pillow ball upper mounts on some applications, which help maintain factory suspension geometry and provide a more direct driver response. Camber adjustment is also available via the pillow ball mount on certain applications, eliminating the need for an additional camber kit. The adjustable lower mount allows for ride height adjustment without sacrificing suspension travel, a common limitation in other coilover systems. The valving is meticulously matched to the installed springs, ensuring optimal ride quality and reliability.
