Overview

The Vertex Top End Kit is a cast replica piston kit designed for Husqvarna and KTM motorcycles. It features a piston skirt coated with Molybdenum Disulfide for faster break-in and increased longevity. The gravity cast aluminum alloy construction with 18% silicone content results in a lightweight yet strong piston, heat-treated with a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle. This kit includes OEM replacement rings, pins, circlips, top-end gaskets, and a wrist pin bearing or cam chain where applicable. The piston diameter is 57.95mm, with a cylinder diameter of 58mm and a standard compression ratio for a 150cc displacement.
