The Flyin' Miata Verus rear diffuser is a bolt-on aerodynamic enhancement designed for the ND Miata and Fiat 124 Spider. Developed using Computational Fluid Dynamics, this diffuser is constructed from aluminum for a balance of light weight and strength. It features an adjustable design to accommodate various exhaust systems, including the Hush-O-Matic. The diffuser is intended to reduce lift and drag, potentially improving fuel economy.

Constructed from lightweight and strong aluminum, this bolt-on component enhances the rear of your vehicle. The diffuser's design is adjustable to accommodate different exhaust systems, such as the Flyin' Miata Hush-O-Matic. While it fits all stock bodywork options for the specified models, minor trimming may be required for twin-tip exhaust designs. The manufacturer notes that reduced drag can contribute to better fuel economy. Installation involves mounting brackets and then attaching the diffuser itself. Some users have recommended utilizing rivnuts for easier installation and removal during maintenance. Care should be taken to tighten rear sway bar bolts before attaching the diffuser. For optimal results, it is often used in conjunction with Verus canards and dive planes to improve the car's planted feel at high speeds. This diffuser is compatible with the 2016-2025 Miata (ND) and the 2017-2025 Fiat 124 Spider (including the RF model from 2017-2025). It comes with a 1-year warranty.
