Overview

The VF Engineering VF480 is a supercharger system designed for the 2001-2006 BMW E46 M3.

This system utilizes a Vortech V-3 Si supercharger and a cast, non-cooled manifold.

It is rated to produce 480 horsepower and 340 ft-lbs of torque at 5.5-6.0 PSI.

The VF Engineering VF480 Supercharger System is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of the 2001-2006 BMW E46 M3. This kit includes a Vortech V-3 Si supercharger, delivering a potent boost of 5.5-6.0 PSI to achieve an impressive 480 horsepower and 340 ft-lbs of torque, a substantial increase from the stock output. ECU software flash is included to optimize performance with the added boost. The VF480 kit requires the use of high-performance catalytic converters; the VF test vehicle was equipped with Supersprint headers and Euro-spec M3 cats. For track applications, 100 octane fuel is recommended. VF Engineering provides a 1-year unlimited mileage warranty on the product itself. It's important to note that this product is not California Emissions Compliant or CARB approved.
