The VF Engineering VF650 Supercharger Kit is engineered for the BMW E90/92/93 M3 models equipped with the S65 4.0L engine. This system utilizes a water-cooled intercooler design, which offers superior heat dissipation compared to air-to-air intercoolers, ensuring consistent charge temperatures even under aggressive driving conditions. The kit is powered by a Vortech V3-Si Trim supercharger and is rated to deliver 650 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque with a boost pressure of 7.5-8.0 psi. Key components of the VF650 kit include a T3 Hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum bracket, a chrome-moly support bracket, and polypropylene air charge pipes. It also comes with high-capacity fuel injectors, upgraded NGK spark plugs, a Bosch bypass valve circuit, and a K&N induction filter with an airbox. A Hex Flash ECU tuning programming cable is included to optimize engine performance for the supercharger system. The system requires the use of 93 octane fuel or higher and a motorsport exhaust system. Please note that this product is not for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle, as per the California Air Resources Board regulations. The vehicle fitment is specific to the BMW E90, E92, and E93 M3 models with the S65 4.0L engine. Professional installation is recommended to ensure optimal performance and integration.
