The Dakota Digital VFD3-88C-PU-U-Z is a Series III gauge kit designed for 1988-1991 Chevrolet and GMC Pickup trucks. This kit features a vacuum fluorescent digital display with illumination options in blue or teal. It includes a speedometer, tachometer, oil pressure gauge, water temperature gauge, fuel level gauge, odometer, trip meter, clock, and estimated range display.

The Dakota Digital VFD3-88C-PU-U-Z Series III gauge kit provides a modern digital dashboard for your 1988-1991 Chevrolet and GMC Pickup trucks. This direct-fit system replaces your factory cluster with a high-tech vacuum fluorescent display, available in either blue or teal illumination. The comprehensive gauge suite includes a 0-255 MPH speedometer, 0-17,500 RPM tachometer, 0-99 psi oil pressure gauge, 0-300°F water temperature gauge, and a 0-99% fuel level indicator. Additional digital readouts for the odometer (up to one million miles), dual trip meters (A/B), a 12-hour clock, and Miles to Empty estimation are also integrated. The system can display left/right turn signals and cruise control status (On/On & Engaged). An optional GSS-3000 sensor is required for the gear position indicator, and a 4x4 indicator can be displayed if your vehicle is equipped. Dakota Digital offers various interface modules to enhance functionality. The BIM-01-2 module allows for easy integration by connecting directly to the ECM diagnostic port to extract engine and transmission data. For vehicles with Holley EFI systems, the BIM-01-2-HLLY module provides a direct connection. Additionally, the SGI-100BT offers speed and tach signal calibration, while the GPS-50-2 provides accurate GPS speed and compass data, compensating for signal loss in challenging environments.
