The HSP Diesel VGT Intake Mouthpiece is a cast-aluminum component designed to improve airflow and performance for 2004.5-2010 Chevrolet and GMC Duramax trucks. It features a CNC-machined design with an integrated O-ring flange for a secure seal and a 1/2 IN NPT port in the PCV location. This mouthpiece is engineered to pair with an HSP 4.5" Cold Air Intake for maximum flow.

The HSP Diesel Max Flow Turbo Inlet Mouthpiece replaces the restrictive factory component to enhance airflow and boost engine performance in 2004.5–2010 Chevrolet/GMC Duramax LLY, LBZ, and LMM engines. Constructed from durable cast aluminum and precisely CNC-machined, this mouthpiece offers improved sealing with its integrated O-ring flange, preventing unfiltered air leaks. It also includes a 1/2 IN NPT port at the PCV location for flexible routing options. This component is specifically designed to work with HSP's 4.5" Cold Air Intake systems. It will not fit with factory intake systems. For those using aftermarket 4" intakes, a different part number (003-4-HSP) is available. Installation also requires a PCV reroute if one is not already present; HSP recommends their 003-1-HSP kit. Additionally, 2004.5–2005 LLY models utilizing a 2006–2007 style intake will need MAF sensor rescaling through tuning. The included components consist of the 4.5" Max Flow Mouthpiece, a 1/2" NPT plug, a 4.5" straight boot for the HSP Intake, and two 4.5" stainless steel T-bolt clamps. The product is backed by HSP's No BS Limited Lifetime Warranty.
