Overview

The Garmin VHF 315i is a 25-watt modular marine radio featuring Class D Digital Selective Calling (DSC). It provides reliable communication with full NOAA weather alerts, meeting current industry standards. Designed for seamless integration into Garmin onboard systems, it includes a built-in GPS receiver (external antenna required). The package comes with a GHS 11 handset and an active speaker, enabling intercom functionality for up to three stations. It's also equipped with a 30-watt two-way hailer system and supports an optional foghorn. NMEA 2000 connectivity allows easy integration with compatible chartplotters and multifunction displays, as well as software updates. The radio features simplified handset connectors and a user-friendly interface for quick setup.
