The Vibrant Performance Aluminum V-Band Flange Assembly is designed for 2" O.D. tubing. It features a 300 series stainless steel clamp with a quick-release mechanism and a male/female 6061 aluminum flange for proper alignment. This assembly serves as an alternative to traditional silicone coupler connections, providing a solid, leak-free joint.

This V-band flange assembly is suitable for operating conditions involving stress and vibration, with temperatures not exceeding 350°F. It is available in diameters that support tubing from 2” to 4”. The assembly includes two aluminum flanges, one stainless steel V-band clamp, and one FKM rubber O-ring.
